University of Anbar policy on ethical sourcing of food and supplies
The University of Anbar adheres to stringent regulations, guidelines, and protocols to ascertain the origins of materials used within the university. Multiple committees are established to assess whether the supplied materials meet the necessary specifications. Additionally, the University of Anbar has introduced its own criteria for certain subjects to align with its sustainable development policies, thus reinforcing its commitment to such initiatives.
1. Supporting products that contribute to the rationalization of electrical energy consumption.
2. Supporting the renewable energy production sector.
3. Supporting environmentally friendly products.
- The University of Anbar supports also a number of productive projects to train students in production, support the sustainability of products, and supply the market with products at subsidized prices.

Conference
The University adheres to guidelines mandated by the Ministry of Agriculture and the Ministry of Commerce, and maintains a strong collaboration with the Ministry of Industry within the country to ensure compliance with sustainability initiatives.
