Industry 2019-2020
Sustainable industries of the University in 2020 were:
- Calves breeding field.
- Fish breeding field.
- Honey and Dates production field.
- Chicken breeding Company.
- Poultry Feed Company.
- Chemicals and chlorine plant.
- Polymer tiles manufacture.
- In line with the university's policy of encouraging innovation, fourteen patents were accomplished in the University of Anbar during 2018-2019.
The University has recently entered into two significant international partnerships aimed at enhancing the sustainability of agriculture and the environment. One collaboration is with the Iraqi Horticulture Development program based in Italy, while the other is with the Department of Environmental Science at Wageningen University in the Netherlands. These partnerships will focus on joint efforts to promote sustainable practices in agriculture and environmental conservation.

Innovation
In line with the university's policy of encouraging innovation, five patents were accomplished in the University of Anbar during 2019-2020.
Manufactures
The University has established and provided support for a manufacturer specializing in polymer tiles, with the purpose of maintaining gardens and walkways within the University while also offering the products for sale to external customers. This initiative aims to ensure the sustainability of green spaces and pathways on campus, as well as to generate revenue by commercializing the polymer tiles to interested parties.
